Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. A lot of people know my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my adventures ranging from highs and lows. I moved to America with my parents and brother in 1990 when I was one and a half years old I would not be living my life and sharing it to you, if not for my parents love dedication and hard work. Being aware of the possibility for a better life, I strived to impress them and had a clear vision when it came to the success. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to university and get a corporate job, marry, purchase an apartment and have children. My idea of success was to attend college to graduate, then get an executive job. I would then marry then buy a house, and have kids. Life had other ideas. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status did not bring me joyIt was like I was wasting my life away in exchange for a salary but I knew that I had a destiny. In 2013, I discovered my love was fitness. I also liked having fun and being able to help other people. On the path towards this new direction in life, I discovered the personal training I needed. The year 2014 was the year that I started my own small business which will mark my 7th year anniversary by 2021. In this field it is not a lot of Asian women. It is my goal to become a catalyst within the field to offer quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier individual by developing an environment that is sustainable and meets the individual needs and desires. In addition, I wish for everyone to be able to pursue their goals and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for in their life. My career exploded as I experienced the greatest successful times of my life. My mother passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. Her memory will forever be in my heart and my mind. There is a lot we can learn from the world, even if we may not be able to recognize it right now. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I believe her death gave me an opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. The opportunity was there to embark on a new journey, and I got my second shot at an enjoyable and satisfying life. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like that I'm alive. My life is shared with me so that I may share with you my experiences and words. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of achieving anything you want in your life. Therapy is vital as is regular. Health is the best asset. My hope is that you live your life fully and that your final resting place is not a regret, because that's all we can count on in this life.
